Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. All orders ship from our workshop in Utah.
Processing time
Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Express orders ship the same business day; Express orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Standard Shipping: $6.00 flat rate. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after your order ships.
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $34.99 or more ship free with Standard Shipping.
- Express Shipping: Calculated by USPS at checkout based on your address and package. Choose USPS Priority Mail (2-day) or USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight). Delivery times are estimated by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
Carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays and bad weather. If your tracking has not updated in several days, your package appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to make it right. See our Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
